Chaz Meszaros
Acro, Massage
Chaz Meszaros brings over a decade of experience combining therapeutic, athletic, and performing arts expertise. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist, experienced acro and gymnastics coach, former professional ballet dancer with Miami City Ballet, and former gymnast.
His background in movement began with gymnastics and continued through a professional ballet career, giving him firsthand experience with the strength, flexibility, precision, alignment, and body awareness required of high-level athletes and dancers. As a professional dancer, he developed an in-depth understanding of movement mechanics and the physical demands placed on the body through intensive training and performance.
Chaz brings this extensive movement background to his acro practice. Drawing from his experience as a gymnast, professional ballet dancer, and gymnastics coach, he helps students develop strong foundations in acrobatic technique while emphasizing alignment, control, strength, flexibility, clean lines, body awareness, and confidence. He has a particular ability to break down complex skills into approachable progressions and provide detailed, individualized instruction for students at different levels.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Chaz works with clients to reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, support injury recovery, enhance physical performance, and promote overall well-being. His massage practice incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, and Cupping Therapy. He combines his knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and human physiology with his experience as an athlete and dancer to create thoughtful, individualized treatments based on each client’s needs and goals.
Whether through massage or acro, Chaz’s work centers around helping people better understand, use, and connect with their bodies. His unique blend of bodywork, gymnastics, and professional dance experience allows him to bring technical precision, movement awareness, and a thoughtful, individualized approach to both practices.
