Payment Policies

• Tuition is due monthly on the 25th of the prior month.

•  We accept Zelle, cash, checks, and cards as payment. Zelle payments can be made payable to info@gsballetacademy.com. Checks can be made payable to Golden State Ballet Academy. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% processing surcharge. There is an annual non-refundable $35 registration fee per family due upon enrollment.

• If a Zelle payment, cash or check is not received by the 25th of the month, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.

• All families must have a current credit card on file via Jackrabbit.

• Families with 2 or more children enrolled, receive a 10% discount on each additional sibling.

• Privates must be scheduled in advance. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled privates. Privates that are not cancelled within a 24-hour period will be charged the full amount.

• All tuition, including registration fees, is non-refundable. Any payment more than one week late will be subject to a 10% late fee. All classes must be paid for in advance.

• Tuition may not be pro-rated for classes missed due to vacations, absences, illness or short-term injuries. Make-up classes can be taken at a level lower than the student’s current level, if applicable. Tuition may only be pro-rated for new students joining mid-month.

• Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.

• Tuition does not include performance fees, costume fees, competition fees or other special event expenses.
